The UBS Students team achieved the highest ranking among Uzbek participants in the 2026 Eurasian Clean Games Cup. This environmental initiative involved over 830 volunteers across 15 locations, resulting in the collection of more than 8.3 tonnes of waste. Following the UBS Students, the Ecostar team from Syrdarya and Yosh ekologlar from Navoi secured second and third places, respectively. Organized by Young Climate Champions Uzbekistan and the Uzbekistan Volunteers Association, the events focused on waste collection and sorting through a competitive quest format. The top performer will represent the nation at the EcoCommunity forum in Kazan to discuss the country's regional environmental efforts. Since its inception in 2014, the international Clean Games project has expanded to 40 countries, promoting sustainable waste management and recycling practices through community-driven team competitions.
