Hong Kong law enforcement officials recently apprehended sixteen suspects, including nine Thai nationals, for their alleged involvement in an international prostitution ring. The operation focused on a network that recruited women from Thailand to provide sexual services at various hotels located in Tsim Sha Tsui. According to reports, the syndicate utilized the messaging application Telegram to coordinate client interactions, manage bookings, and facilitate financial transactions. The Royal Thai Police have confirmed they are currently collaborating with their Hong Kong counterparts to investigate potential domestic connections and financial trails linked to the illicit organization. Authorities are working to identify further members of the group as the investigation into the transnational operation continues to expand.
