A 58-year-old woman named Patchana tragically drowned after falling into a four-meter-deep pond at the Ban Kha Police Station in Ratchaburi. The incident occurred on the night of October 11 when the woman arrived at the facility to secure the release of her son, who had been detained for driving under the influence. After being directed toward the operations room by an officer, she went missing. Her family later discovered her footwear floating in the water near the station building. Local authorities confirmed the fatality on October 13, highlighting the lack of safety fencing around the hazardous water feature located on the police station premises.
