Robert Moreno, who assumed the role of South Korea's interim head coach on September 1, has announced his inaugural 30-man roster for the national men's soccer team. During a press conference held at the Korea Football Park in Cheonan, Moreno confirmed that 12 athletes currently playing in the domestic K League have been selected for the upcoming international fixtures. The Taegeuk Warriors are scheduled to compete in four matches over the coming weeks, starting with a home game against Ecuador on September 24. This will be followed by encounters with Uruguay on September 28, Venezuela on October 2, and Uzbekistan on October 6. The selection process highlights the integration of domestic talent into the national setup under the new Spanish leadership.
