A 70-year-old woman in Bangkok, identified as Ms. Wandee, was discovered deceased in her residence on Wednesday evening following a lethal attack by her pet dog. Emergency responders and police arrived at the property in the Bueng Kum district after receiving reports of the incident. The victim suffered extensive injuries to her face, neck, and arms. The animal involved is a seven-year-old American Pitbull-Bandog mix named Giant, which the victim had previously adopted to prevent it from being euthanized. Notably, the dog had been responsible for the death of its former owner in 2021. Authorities required over three hours to successfully subdue and secure the animal following the discovery of the victim's body.
