A spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, Chen Binhua, announced that mainland China remains committed to a series of ten policies designed to support the entry of high-quality Taiwanese agricultural and fishery goods into the mainland market. This statement followed a recent event in Xiamen held on October 23, which celebrated the arrival of a shipment of fishery products from Taiwan. Officials emphasized that these ongoing measures are intended to broaden the commercial presence of Taiwanese commodities across the mainland, fostering deeper economic integration and market access for producers from the island.
