A 24-year-old individual identified as Imon is in custody following a violent incident in Barshalghar village, located in the Debidwar upazila of Comilla. Authorities report that the suspect allegedly killed his mother and sister-in-law using a sharp weapon. Additionally, the suspect is accused of murdering his eight-month-old niece by striking the infant against the floor. The tragedy took place on Monday morning at the residence of the late Mostafa Master. Local community members managed to detain the suspect at the scene immediately after the attacks occurred. Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this triple homicide.
