The Muslim World League (MWL) has issued a formal condemnation regarding recent missile attacks attributed to Houthi forces that targeted regions near Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia. In an official statement released on October 25, the organization characterized these actions as a grave infringement upon the sanctity of significant Islamic locations. MWL Secretary-General Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa expressed the group's complete solidarity with the Saudi government, emphasizing support for the Kingdom's efforts to defend its citizens, sovereign territory, and religious landmarks. Reports from the Saudi Press Agency noted that debris from the projectiles was discovered in various vicinities, such as Jeddah, Taif, Rabigh, and areas surrounding Mecca. The MWL reiterated its backing for all security measures implemented by Riyadh to maintain national stability and protect its borders from further aggression.
