Representing the nation, Minister of State for International Co-operation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser al-Misnad reiterated Qatar's dedication to adhering to humanitarian legal frameworks and facilitating aid distribution in regions impacted by disasters or armed conflict. During the session, the Minister emphasized that overcoming obstacles to humanitarian access necessitates robust multilateral cooperation and synchronized actions from both regional and global stakeholders. Furthermore, she underscored Qatar's ongoing initiatives aimed at bolstering humanitarian diplomacy to address global crises more effectively.
