The Social Security System (SSS) has officially launched its LoanLite micro loan initiative on the UnionDigital Bank mobile platform. According to SSS president and CEO Robert Joseph de Claro, this digital integration offers eligible members a streamlined and secure method to obtain short-term financial support. Participants can request loan amounts between P1,000 and P20,000, with the specific limit determined by the average of their previous 12 monthly salary credits. To accommodate different financial needs, the program provides flexible repayment schedules, allowing borrowers to settle their balances within 15, 30, 60, or 90 days. This partnership aims to enhance accessibility for members seeking quick financial assistance through a fully digital process.
