Two mothers have approached the Paveena Foundation for Children and Women to demand an investigation into the death of a teenager at a Lampang rehabilitation center. The incident, which took place on April 22, involved a physical altercation between two residents, aged 17 and 18, who were both under the facility's supervision. The younger victim, who had an intellectual disability, reportedly died after being pushed by the older resident, who had been placed in the center following a sexual assault. The grieving parents allege that staff members failed to intervene during the confrontation. They are now calling for transparency and justice regarding the circumstances surrounding the fatal event, questioning the level of care and oversight provided by the institution at the time of the tragedy.
