The Thai women's volleyball squad secured a spot in the 2026 Asian Games semi-finals following a straight-sets victory over Indonesia in Aichi-Nagoya. Competing at Park Arena Komaki, the 13th-ranked Thai team maintained their perfect tournament record by defeating their 53rd-ranked opponents with scores of 25-10, 29-27, and 25-16. Under the guidance of coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai, the starting lineup featured key players including captain Pornpun Guedpard, Pimpichaya Kokram, and Chatchu-on Moksri. While Thailand controlled the first set decisively, Indonesia mounted a significant challenge in the second, establishing a substantial lead before the Thai team successfully rallied to equalize and eventually clinch the set. This win ensures Thailand remains undefeated and has yet to concede a single set throughout the competition.
