Official guidelines for the 2026-2027 term specify that student enrollment is handled automatically via the e-Okul digital platform based on residential proximity, eliminating the necessity for parental interaction with administrators. Ministry regulations, including the School-Family Union framework, strictly forbid the collection of compulsory donations during the enrollment process. Authorities have stated that they will investigate any grievances filed by parents regarding illegal fee demands, as these practices violate established educational policies intended to ensure free access to public schooling.
