Representatives from Uzbekistan held strategic meetings with major international pharmaceutical players, including India’s MSN Laboratories and Kopran Limited, alongside Poland’s Polpharma Group, during the CPHI Milan 2026 event. These discussions aimed to attract foreign investment into the Uzbek pharmaceutical sector and enhance local manufacturing capabilities. Key topics included the implementation of advanced technologies, the localization of medicine production, and the facilitation of technology transfers. Furthermore, the parties explored potential collaborations with local enterprises to launch joint ventures. These initiatives are designed to strengthen the domestic industry while simultaneously improving the export potential of pharmaceutical goods manufactured in Uzbekistan to reach broader international markets.
