Representatives from the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC) recently met with Uzbek officials to discuss the nation's ongoing legal reforms. During the discussions, the Justice 2030 Strategy was highlighted, focusing on the integration of international human rights standards into the domestic judicial framework. Uzbek authorities expressed a strong interest in deepening ties with global legal bodies to enhance the country's standing on the international stage. Consequently, a proposal was put forward for Uzbekistan to become a full member of SIFoCC, facilitating greater involvement of local judges in global judicial events. The SIFoCC delegation acknowledged the country's institutional progress and expressed their commitment to fostering a collaborative relationship with Uzbekistan's judiciary moving forward.
