A 41-year-old woman delivered a baby girl on the pavement outside a shopping center in Pattaya on the morning of September 19. Emergency responders, including police and medical staff, were dispatched to the Central Pattaya mall on Pattaya Sai 2 Road around 11:00 am following reports of the incident. Upon arrival, officials discovered the infant on the ground with the umbilical cord still connected. Although the newborn was initially silent, she began to cry once handled by personnel. The mother was subsequently located in a nearby restroom in a state of exhaustion. Both the mother and her daughter were transported to a local hospital for urgent medical attention and are currently reported to be in stable condition.
