Opposition leaders in Andhra Pradesh have voiced concerns regarding the state's teacher recruitment process, specifically the "Mega DSC" initiative. The YSRCP party has characterized this recruitment drive as a "job mela," suggesting irregularities in the allocation of teaching positions. They contend that the integrity of these public sector roles is being undermined. In response to these allegations, the opposition is demanding a thorough investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to uncover the full extent of the situation. Furthermore, they are calling for the resignation of Nara Lokesh, who is implicated in the controversy, to ensure accountability and transparency in the recruitment system.
