A 40-year-old Austrian woman was discovered deceased in her residence on June 26, suffering from significant bleeding injuries. Her 50-year-old husband was subsequently detained on July 2 on allegations of sexually abusing his wife while she was in an intoxicated state. Although the husband initially characterized the incident as an accidental occurrence during intimacy, authorities have launched a broader investigation. Prosecutors have revealed that a second individual has admitted to sexually assaulting the victim, including on the day she passed away. Officials are currently examining the possibility that additional men may have been involved in the abuse, potentially linked to financial transactions. A post-mortem examination was mandated to determine the precise circumstances surrounding the woman's death, as legal proceedings against the suspects continue.
