An executive magistrate in Delhi has directed the release of Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka, all prominent figures within the Cockroach Janta Party. The court stipulated that these individuals must commit to maintaining public order for the next twelve months. The three leaders were initially apprehended on Saturday while aboard an aircraft in Delhi, shortly before a planned demonstration calling for the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Additionally, reports indicate that YouTuber Dhruv Rathee was freed from police custody in Gurugram early Sunday morning after being detained at his residence. These events occurred amidst widespread detentions involving thousands of participants, including former Chief Ministers, during protests organized by the Cockroach Janta Party and various student organizations associated with Left-leaning groups.
