The Düsseldorf Local Court has designated a temporary insolvency administrator to oversee three German firms associated with the Tera financial group. This move affects Tera Real Estate Management GmbH, Tera Invest GmbH, and Tera Bau & Development GmbH, following their involvement in a broader investment fund controversy originating in Turkey. Under the court's direction, lawyer Holger Rhode will manage the companies' assets, requiring his explicit authorization for any financial transactions or debt collections. These measures aim to safeguard resources for potential creditors while the judiciary evaluates the necessity of formal insolvency proceedings. The decision follows reports of financial irregularities linked to the group's operations, as the court seeks to maintain fiscal stability during the ongoing investigation.
