The Hong Kong Security Bureau has officially introduced a new educational series titled "Andy and Security Bear: Young Citizens Safeguarding National Security." This three-volume collection, which incorporates thematic children's songs and narrative stories, is designed to teach young students about critical thinking and the importance of adhering to regulations. Security Secretary Chris Tang stated that the initiative aims to foster an early understanding of national security concepts among children. The government plans to distribute these materials to approximately 900 kindergartens and public libraries across the territory before the conclusion of the year. A launch ceremony was held on October 28, 2026, to mark the introduction of the books and their associated mascot.
