The Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC) has initiated a process to reclaim its residential facilities in Khumaltar. Following a recent management meeting, the council issued a formal directive requiring all local offices to report the current occupancy status of their staff quarters. These reports must include the names, designations, and employment levels of all residents and are due within three days. NARC has mandated that any housing units identified as being occupied without proper authorization must be vacated within a 35-day timeframe. This administrative measure is intended to ensure that council properties are managed in accordance with official regulations. The council plans to conduct monitoring to verify compliance with these new instructions and will take further action against those failing to adhere to the established deadline.
