Although flight operations have officially resumed following a volcanic eruption that released significant ash clouds into the atmosphere, industry experts suggest that travelers should expect delays. Airlines are currently struggling to manage a substantial backlog of passengers and rescheduled flights caused by the temporary closure. Chu Shek-yin, director of GLC (Manado) Employment Service, indicated that he is advising clients against immediate travel bookings for domestic helpers to avoid potential complications. The situation remains fluid as carriers work to normalize schedules and clear the accumulated flight volume in the aftermath of the natural disaster.
