The Iranian Minister of Transport and Urban Development has confirmed the completion of a new Comprehensive Housing Plan. This strategic document, designed to align with the legal mandates of the production leap law, is currently awaiting formal approval from the Supreme Housing Council. The ten-year initiative aims to streamline government efforts regarding urban renewal, land expansion, and the development of new residential areas. A primary objective of this policy is to provide targeted support for the first five income deciles, ensuring that housing interventions are prioritized for those with the greatest need. By establishing this framework, the government intends to create a structured approach to addressing national housing challenges through systematic planning and resource allocation.
