If enacted, the program would offer comprehensive medical services, including consultations, risk assessments, and various laboratory tests, once every three years. These health screenings would be accessible through a network of Department of Health facilities, local government hospitals, rural health centers, and authorized private medical institutions. The primary objective of this legislative proposal is to facilitate the early identification of health issues among the elderly population, ensuring they receive necessary medical attention without the financial strain associated with diagnostic costs.
