Under the updated guidelines, able-bodied individuals receiving targeted social aid will be required to enter into social contracts. These agreements mandate participation in government-led employment initiatives, such as vocational training, professional skill development, and active job placement services. While financial support for families with children will continue, the primary objective of this policy shift is to transition citizens away from permanent welfare dependency. By equipping individuals with the necessary tools to secure consistent employment, the state intends to empower families to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall economic circumstances over time.
