South Korea’s National Intelligence Service recently reported that Kim Jong Un’s daughter, Kim Ju Ae, likely has a younger sibling. While the gender of this additional child remains unconfirmed, the agency continues to view Kim Ju Ae as the primary successor to the North Korean leadership. The daughter first appeared in public during a 2022 missile launch event, marking the beginning of her increased visibility. Although previous assessments indicated that the North Korean leader has three children, the specific birth order and details regarding the youngest remain subject to ongoing analysis by intelligence officials. The ruling Kim family maintains a significant presence in the country’s political landscape, bolstered by a long-standing cult of personality centered on the Paektu bloodline.
