A group of nine central committee members and officials from the National Liberation Party, headed by Rajendra Mahato, have officially stepped down from their positions. The resignations were formalized at the party's headquarters in Shantinagar, Kathmandu. Among those departing is General Secretary Keshav Kumar Jha, alongside central committee members including Chandrananda Mishra, Pankaj Kumar Dev, Hiralal Mandal, Anupam Jha, Rishika Jalan, Kumari Tamang, Lalan Mishra, and Saishav Raju. In their collective resignation notice, the group confirmed they are relinquishing all party duties and ending their status as ordinary members. The departing officials concluded their statement by extending well wishes to the party leadership and Chairman Mahato for their future endeavors.
