Senior members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) expressed concerns regarding the ambiguity of the party's scheduled demonstration in Islamabad on September 27. During a recent joint session of the core and political committees, attendees noted the absence of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, who is designated to spearhead the street protests. Despite internal suggestions to reschedule the planning session to align with Imran Khan’s judicial proceedings on September 16, the leadership maintained the original timeline. A follow-up meeting involving party legislators and ticket holders has been confirmed for Thursday in the capital. Over thirty party officials participated in the latest deliberations, highlighting ongoing efforts to finalize the logistical strategy for the upcoming political mobilization.
