A 29-year-old ride-hailing driver in Pattaya, Witsarut Thapthet, has publicly expressed discomfort following an incident involving two passengers early on October 15. Shortly after picking up a foreign man and a Thai woman near the Walking Street nightlife district around 3:45 a.m., the driver observed the pair engaging in intimate physical contact. According to the driver, the situation escalated to sexual acts in the back seat within a minute of the journey starting. The driver has since requested that passengers maintain appropriate conduct while inside his vehicle, emphasizing the need for mutual respect and consideration during professional transport services.
