The Philippine National Police (PNP) has officially dismissed rumors regarding a shoot-to-kill directive targeting Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa. PNP spokesperson Col. Allen Rae Co clarified that no such order exists, following statements from Representative Lordan Suan who denied proposing a resolution for lethal action against the fugitive lawmaker. Authorities have urged the public to verify information through official channels to avoid the spread of misinformation. Furthermore, the PNP maintained that all police activities involving the senator’s associates are being conducted in accordance with legal procedures. Current intelligence from the national police suggests that Dela Rosa has not left the country and remains within Philippine territory.
