During the Umno General Assembly held at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, the youth wing of the party, Puteri Umno, voiced its support for former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak. Puteri Umno chief Datuk Nurul Amal Mohd Fauzi stated that the wing is offering its best wishes regarding Najib’s pending clemency application. This public expression of solidarity follows reports indicating that the Federal Territories Pardons Board is scheduled to deliberate on the former leader's petition for a royal pardon during its upcoming meeting this week. Amal emphasized that the organization remains hopeful for a favorable outcome for Najib as the legal process continues to unfold.
