New incentives include reduced social taxes for businesses hiring low-income individuals and simplified regulations for opening service-oriented shops on the ground floors of residential buildings. Furthermore, the administration is encouraging private-sector partnerships in education and childcare to support working parents. Authorities have been tasked with auditing underutilized land and buildings to foster new production projects. These measures aim to create sustainable income sources by leveraging local infrastructure, agricultural land, and entrepreneurial initiatives across all regions.
