Reliance Spinning Mills Limited has declared a 30 percent cash dividend, inclusive of taxes, following its inaugural year on the Nepal Stock Exchange. This payout, amounting to 570 million rupees, is subject to ratification at the upcoming general assembly scheduled for October 8. The company, which maintains a paid-up capital of 1.90 billion rupees, also finalized its financial statements for the 2082-83 fiscal year. To facilitate the assembly, the share registrar will close on October 1. As a major export-oriented entity, the firm operates two facilities in Sunsari, producing various yarn types for domestic and international markets, including India and Turkey. With a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees, the company generates annual export revenue reaching 50 million US dollars.
