A security guard at The Luxurie condominium in Sengkang is currently involved in a police investigation after an alleged physical altercation with a resident. The 29-year-old officer, who had been employed at the facility for three months, encountered a woman exercising barefoot in the gym during her early morning patrol on September 18. Upon being reminded of the building's footwear regulations, the resident reportedly ignored the instruction. When the officer asked the individual to vacate the premises, the resident allegedly struck the guard on her arm. The event was recorded by closed-circuit television cameras. Authorities have confirmed that a 62-year-old woman is cooperating with officials regarding the incident, which is being treated as a case of voluntarily causing hurt to a security officer.
