An exhibition titled "la Galerie du 19M SHANGHAI" has opened in Shanghai, showcasing a collaborative effort between Chinese and French creative experts. The project features 31 practitioners working alongside artisans from 11 specialized Maisons d'art associated with the Paris-based hub le19M. This initiative, supported by the fashion house CHANEL, aims to foster a contemporary dialogue between traditional craft techniques from both nations. By integrating centuries-old methods with modern artistic visions, the exhibition seeks to preserve and promote exceptional craftsmanship on an international scale. The display, specifically curated for the Chinese audience, highlights the intersection of diverse cultural heritages through tactile and visual art forms.
