Singapore Airlines has announced a significant update to its onboard catering, introducing more than 100 new and revised food items for passengers in every cabin class. The rollout, which began in late September 2026, includes a variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Travelers in Economy can now enjoy dishes like roasted chicken breast, while those in higher classes have options ranging from Irish lamb stew to poached Maine lobster. In addition to the culinary changes, the carrier plans to debut enhanced beverage selections and new tableware starting November 8. This overhaul aims to elevate the overall passenger experience through a mix of international flavors and local Singaporean favorites, such as prawn noodle soup and char siew.
