The owner of the pet discovered the situation after returning from a walk with her dog, having been informed of the event by witnesses in the building's courtyard. Following a formal complaint filed by the owner, the Astana Police Department confirmed the details of the case. Officials stated that because the child involved is under the legal age for administrative liability, the responsibility for the incident has been assigned to his legal representative.
