American golfer Austin Smotherman achieved his inaugural PGA Tour title this Sunday at the Bank of Utah Championship held at the Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah. Smotherman concluded the final round with a score of 3-under-par 68, featuring six birdies alongside a double bogey and a bogey. His total performance reached 26-under 258, placing him two strokes in front of runner-up Doug Ghim, a Korean American who finished at 24-under 260. This milestone victory occurred during Smotherman's 100th appearance on the tour, resulting in a prize payout of $1.08 million.
