This environmental improvement is attributed to strategic initiatives focused on industrial modernization, the adoption of cleaner energy sources, and the expansion of sustainable transportation networks. Data from 2021 to 2025 indicates that the nation successfully reduced average PM2.5 concentrations by 20 percent, even as the economy expanded by approximately 30 percent. To ensure these environmental gains remain consistent, the government has implemented more rigorous national standards. These efforts highlight a broader commitment to decoupling economic growth from pollution, demonstrating that industrial development can coexist with significant advancements in atmospheric health.
