The Philippine Department of Labor and Employment has officially inaugurated a new 24-hour hotline, 15/30, to provide continuous support for employees facing labor-related issues. Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino introduced the service during a recent agency event, noting that it replaces the previous 1349 contact number. The name 15/30 references the standard pay dates for many Filipino workers. This nationwide service is staffed around the clock to address various workplace concerns. Furthermore, the labor department is collaborating with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority to establish a referral system, ensuring that inquiries are routed to the most relevant government office for resolution.
