Staff members reported that women were instructed to vacate their workstations or remain out of sight to accommodate a delegation of approximately 100 individuals from the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha. The group visited the landmark on Saturday ahead of the inauguration of their new temple in the Parisian suburbs, an event that featured a virtual appearance by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Employees expressed significant distress regarding the directive, which they described as an attempt to render female staff invisible. Management and labor representatives confirmed the industrial action, which disrupted operations at the iconic French monument as workers voiced their opposition to the discriminatory instructions issued during the delegation's visit.
