A female worker was injured following a brief fire and an electrical accident at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui on Monday. The Fire Services Department responded to a No 2 alarm at 11:23 am, arriving on the scene three minutes later to find the flames already extinguished. Officials reported that the contractor suffered an electric shock during the incident and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for care. While the fire was short-lived, the emergency response highlights safety protocols at the major arts facility.
