A resident of Petropavlovsk filed a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of a taxi driver, triggering a police investigation into the individual's legal status. Authorities discovered that the 42-year-old foreign national was working as a driver despite failing to declare employment or business activities upon his entry into Kazakhstan. Further checks revealed that the man had committed a similar migration offense within the past year. Consequently, the case was brought before a court under administrative law. The judge ordered the driver to serve one day in detention before being deported from the country. Additionally, the court imposed a five-year ban preventing the individual from re-entering Kazakhstan.
