On Sunday morning, an auto-rickshaw accident occurred in Palungtar Municipality-4, Gorkha, resulting in injuries to four passengers. The vehicle, traveling from Baddanda to Thatipokhari, veered off the road and plunged approximately 10 meters at about 9:30 am. The victims, identified as Parmila GC, Gita Shrestha, Pragati Shrestha, and Menuka Giri, were initially treated at a local clinic before being transferred to Ampipal Hospital in Harni for additional medical care. According to local authorities, the condition of the injured is considered moderate. Police have detained the 33-year-old driver, Suresh Shrestha, as part of their ongoing investigation into the incident.
