Health Minister Datuk Seri Dzulkefly Ahmad presided over the funeral prayers for Dr. Ainul Baraah Kamarudin, a 33-year-old medical officer who perished in a helicopter accident. The ceremony took place at the Al Karomah Mosque in Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, drawing a crowd of more than 1,000 attendees. Among those present were senior Ministry of Health officials, the Kelantan Menteri Besar, and the victim's grieving family and friends. The deceased's father, Kamarudin Salleh, formally requested the minister to lead the rites as a gesture of honor. He also extended his appreciation to the government representatives and the public for their ongoing support and condolences during this difficult period for his family.
