The competition is divided into two tiers, with matches hosted across Indonesia and Hong Kong. Division 1 includes eight squads, specifically Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, competing for a final match on October 5. Meanwhile, Division 2, hosted in Hong Kong, features Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, and Hong Kong, with their final set for October 3.
