Gulnar Toilybayeva has been formally sworn in as a deputy of the Kurultai following her registration by the Central Election Commission. During the session, she pledged to uphold the Constitution, protect the nation's independence, and serve the citizens of Kazakhstan with integrity. Her appointment received unanimous support from 138 deputies, with no opposing votes or abstentions recorded. The nomination was introduced by Olga Perepechina, who leads the Committee on Finance and Budget, highlighting Toilybayeva’s extensive background in public administration and her previous work within the Zhetysu Region. Following the oath, Kurultai Speaker Aibek Dadebay formally acknowledged her new role within the legislative body.
