The nine-member musical group &Team, originally established in Japan by Hybe in 2022 as a localized global act, is shifting its strategic focus toward South Korea. Despite having a foundation rooted in the Japanese entertainment industry, the group is now prioritizing its presence in the competitive K-pop landscape to support its broader international ambitions. This week, the ensemble released a new EP, marking their return to the Korean music scene nearly twelve months after their initial debut in the country. Members of the group have noted that their previous promotional activities in Korea served as a significant learning experience as they continue to refine their approach to reaching a wider global audience.
