A musician from Manipur, identified as Chongtham Vikram Singh, passed away on Monday following a physical assault in Delhi’s Kilokari village. The incident occurred on Sunday evening when Singh confronted a group of delivery personnel and local eatery staff who were consuming alcohol and creating a disturbance outside his residence. The disagreement escalated into violence, leaving Singh with severe injuries. Although his son transported him to Holy Family Hospital in Okhla, he died from blunt force trauma leading to hemorrhagic shock. Local law enforcement authorities have since apprehended seven adult suspects and detained one minor in connection with the fatal attack. The individuals taken into custody include Bharat Kumar, Pramod, Ramzan Khan, Deepanshu, Mohan Vishwakarma, Vijay, and Mannu.
